How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or email us at support@zanmiapp.com and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
How do I report a user or content?
Tap the three-dot menu next to any message or profile and select Report. You can also email us directly with details.
I didn't receive my verification email.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, tap Resend email on the verification screen, or contact us with the email address you registered with.
Is Zanmi available on Android?
Zanmi is currently iOS-only. Android support is on the roadmap — follow us for updates.
How do I request a new feature?
